Then we iterate with you, adding features to scale the product.   1. Fashion Friend app iconFashion Friend.Personal stylists on demand: an app that matches people with real stylists for live outfit help, so stylists can work with clients anywhere. We ran the design sprint with the founding team, co-designed the business model and monetisation, then took it through UX and UI design, requirements and engineering to a working app. Rated 5.0 on the App Store.
  2. Hippo mascotHippo.South Africa’s first and largest insurance comparison site, live since 2007. Its ageing platform treated every return visit as a new user, with no data capture, no customer verification (KYC) and significant drop-off. We ran UX immersion and co-creation workshops with the Hippo team, then redesigned the flow from search results through to checkout, built around returning users and the customer data the business needs.
